I like the Suros ARI-41 and Hakke Lyudmila-D this week.
Roll 3 looks good if you already have the Crowd Control-Counterbalance-Braced Frame god roll. Focused Fire moved the arminius down a rate of fire class to help with the lack of stability.
Roll 2 is the Hung Jury vendor roll on a scout with better stats a.k.a. what people who still have a Cocytus package have been waiting for. Pick this up for use in PvE, at least until the next expansion makes it obsolete. Enjoy Arby's.
Roll 3 has Hammer Forged increasing the already long range of the Suros ARI-45's archtype. Hand-Laid Stock for increased stability and Counterbalance to turn all horizontal recoil into vertical. Roll 1 is also interesting with the superior SPO-28 sight, High Caliber Rounds for more stagger, Casket Mag for more ammo, and Rangefinder to increase the already high range. You won't be counter sniping like in the SUROS Regime days with either of these rolls, but they should extend your optimum range to unexpected distances.
